Project Overview
Problem
HR teams needed a centralized panel where they could track the sustainability of employee wellbeing and take action based on real data.
The goal was to provide both quantitative insights (scores, reports) and qualitative insights (feedback, observations) to help HR teams see the full picture of employee wellbeing.
Goal
To provide HR teams with a centralized dashboard for sustainable wellbeing tracking.
My Role
Information architecture, dashboard design, and prioritizing HR needs.
Process
Wellbeing Score & Insights
The Wellbeing Score was based on six categories: mood, sleep, physical, social, progress, and awareness.
Each insight card on the panel was tagged with color-coded labels that matched these categories, helping HR connect data with context.
For example: if an insight was tagged “sleep,” the same color would highlight the sleep metric on the graph. The three-dot indicator on the left of each card represented the system-assigned urgency level (red = high priority).
HR could also manually flag insights they considered important for follow-up.
Campaigns
Every month, the internal content team defined a new wellbeing concept and shared campaign suggestions for HR to engage employees.
Below each campaign, an effects section summarized the impact and participation results for that month.
Employee Feedback
This section reflected feedback directly from employees.
It aggregated inputs from support tickets, post-session feedback after expert appointments, and other touchpoints.
With this feature, HR gained a clearer view of real employee experiences, beyond just metrics.
Other Metrics
Activity Score and Download Score provided additional reference data for HR to analyze engagement patterns.
Outcome & Impact
User Experience: HR teams could monitor wellbeing categories (e.g. sleep, mood) more concretely and act faster through the link between insights and scores.
Ease for HR: Campaign and feedback areas helped HR understand behavioral patterns, not just numbers.
Company Impact: The panel became not just a reporting tool but a strategic decision-making assistant, helping HR teams proactively manage employee wellbeing.
